About the app

The Karuna Jyotish app (package com.panchanga.vedic on Google Play) is designed for Vedic astrology and panchanga calculations.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the app → Settings → the Authorization section → the delete account button. Deletion is irreversible and is confirmed in a dialog.

If the app is no longer installed

If you have uninstalled the app and cannot use the button in it, email our support address at info@karunajyotish.com, stating the email address linked to your account. We will delete the account manually.

What is deleted

The account, saved charts, journal entries, and subscription data linked to the account.

What is retained

Anonymized payment records that we are required to keep under accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.

Timing

Data is deleted immediately upon confirmation.
