How the website karunajyotish.com processes personal data
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the collection, use, storage, transfer, and protection of personal data of users of the website karunajyotish.com.
The controller of personal data is individual entrepreneur (FOP) Kyrylo Mykolaiovych Molodetskyi (hereinafter — the "Provider"). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, or providing personal data, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

- the need to perform the agreement (public offer) to which the User is a party;
- the need for the Provider to comply with obligations under the legislation of Ukraine, in particular tax legislation (generating and sending fiscal receipts).
Consent to the processing of personal data is given by registering an account, placing an order, submitting a request, or otherwise voluntarily providing personal data through the website.
3. What Personal Data Is Collected
When registering an account:
- email address;
- first name;
- last name;
- password, which is stored only as a cryptographic hash and cannot be recovered.
When submitting a request for a consultation or training:
- first name;
- last name;
- email address;
- messenger contact or other contact details;
- text of the request.
When making a payment:
The website does not receive or store bank card details. Payment is made directly via the monobank payment service. Only the following are stored on the website side:
- the fact of payment;
- the payment amount;
- the selected plan or service.
Technical data:
- selected interface language;
- time zone;
- city entered by the user for astronomical and astrological calculations.
The user’s location is not determined automatically.
4. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is used exclusively for:
- creating and maintaining an account;
- granting access to paid services;
- providing consultations and educational services;
- communicating with the user and responding to requests;
- sending service notifications and restoring account access;
- complying with the requirements of Ukrainian tax legislation, in particular generating and sending fiscal receipts.
Personal data is not sold, transferred to third parties for marketing purposes, or used to advertise third-party services.
5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
To ensure the operation of the website, certain personal data may be transferred to the following services:
- monobank — payment processing;
- "Vchasno.Kasa" — generating and sending fiscal receipts (payment amount, service description, email for receiving the receipt);
- Resend — sending service emails (registration confirmation, password recovery, payment notifications);
- the hosting provider — solely to the extent necessary to ensure the operation of the website.
Each of these services processes data solely within the limits necessary to perform its function.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Certain services listed in Section 5 (in particular Resend, and, depending on the provider, hosting services) may process data on servers located outside Ukraine.
By consenting to this Policy, the User agrees to the cross-border transfer of their personal data to such services to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service, in accordance with Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
7. Data Retention Period
Account personal data is stored until the account is deleted by the User or the Provider receives a corresponding request.
After the account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymized, except for information that the Provider is required to retain under the legislation of Ukraine.
Information on payments made and documents required to comply with legal requirements are retained for the periods established by the legislation of Ukraine.
8. Data Protection
The Provider takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, disclosure, or destruction.
The Provider grants access to personal data only to those persons who need such access to perform their official or contractual duties.
At the same time, no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing it electronically can guarantee an absolute level of security.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
The User has the right to:
- obtain information about their personal data and the sources of its collection;
- obtain a copy of the personal data being processed;
- request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
- request deletion of personal data in cases provided for by law;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data where such consent is the basis for processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) as the authority supervising compliance with personal data protection legislation.

10. Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies and localStorage, which ensure:
- user authentication;
- session maintenance;

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Provider has the right to amend this Policy by publishing a new version on the website. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by such version.
