Shatabhisha is the drive to see reality as it actually is, even when the truth turns out inconvenient. It isn’t afraid to look at what others prefer to turn away from.

The core pain comes from having to admit its own illusions. Shatabhisha tolerates self-deception poorly, but sometimes grows so unforgiving toward the world’s imperfection that it loses the ability to see living people in it. It knows how to investigate, find the hidden causes of problems, and restore wholeness through honesty, but easily drifts into emotional isolation.
