Swati nakshatra

Swati is the search for one’s own direction without constantly needing something to lean on. It grows through freedom of choice, personal experience, and the ability to change course on its own.

The core problem shows up when circumstances start tightly restricting the room for decisions. Swati tolerates pressure, control, and the feeling of dependency poorly. It adapts to new conditions easily, learns fast, and rarely fears change, but sometimes gets so absorbed in guarding its independence that it starts avoiding any lasting attachment.

Its strength is staying itself even as everything around it changes.

The price is having to realize, eventually, that freedom doesn’t vanish just because a person voluntarily takes on responsibility to others.
